At Shay-Ra Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an authorization code.
Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original decorative box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect, unworn condition.
Ship the Item
Send the package back to our studio using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 7 business days.
