What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Yes, all Shira Jewelry items come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss, or natural wear and tear such as scratches or oxidation.
